Processing Time

At Alexys Hair Co., every order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive premium-quality hair.

Straight & Body Wave Bundles

Our straight and body wave bundles are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

• Vendor preparation and processing: 1-2 business days

• Alexys Hair Co. inspection & packaging: 1-3 business days

• Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Burmese Curly Bundles

Our Burmese Curly bundles are prepared specifically for each order, which requires additional processing before arriving at Alexys Hair Co.

Please allow:

• Vendor preparation & processing: 3-5 business days

• Alexys Hair Co. inspection & packaging: 1-3 business days

• Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Total processing time for Burmese Curly orders is approximately 6-13 business days before shipment. 

Procesing times do not include weekends, holidays, or transit shipping time.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated U.S. delivery times: 

• Fedex 2Day: Delivery within approximately 2 business days after shipment

• Fedex Ground: Delivery within approximately 1-5 business days after shipment 

• Fedex Home Delivery: Delivery within approximately 1-5 business days after shipment 

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has completed processing and has been handed to FedEx.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Alexys Hair Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Alexys Hair Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist by providing shipment details if needed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has started.
