2. Products & Pricing
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, Alexys Hair Co. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.
Our products are made from 100% Virgin Human Hair. Because virgin hair is a natural product, slight variations in color, texture, wave pattern, curl pattern, and overall appearance may occur. These natural variations are normal and are not considered defects.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Alexys Hair Co. reserves the right to cancel or limit any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or other circumstances that may affect order fulfillment.
4. Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.
Straight Double Drawn and Body Wave orders are typically processed within 1 business day before shipment.
Burmese Curly orders are prepared specifically for each customer and typically require 6–13 business days of processing before shipment.
Shipping estimates begin only after your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds
Please review our Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.
Due to the nature of virgin human hair products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing from your order.

All content on this website—including logos, branding, photographs, product images, graphics, videos, text, and designs—is the exclusive property of Alexys Hair Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alexys Hair Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) ordered.
